About the Position & Company:
Arrowhead Agriculture is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operator. This role involves operating various machinery such as excavators, masticators, tractors, loaders, and water trucks. Our Agricultural Division specializes in Orchard and Vineyard Removal Services, primarily serving Tulare County, CA. Additionally, our Forestry Division operates throughout the Central Mountain Ranges of California.
Distinguished by our early adoption of innovative Orchard/Vineyard Removal techniques, our company has been at the forefront of pioneering practices in this field along the West Coast. Through extensive research and development efforts spanning several years, we have successfully introduced a novel approach to orchard/vineyard removal in the Central Valley, employing high-powered forestry-masticators tailored for agricultural purposes. Which makes your job as our Heavy Equipment Operator engaging & truly unique!

Hours & Compensation Information:
Full-Time Position, we work year-round - even during the “rainy season”
Overtime is readily available.
Must be able to commit to full-day shifts starting as early as 6:00 am Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as dictated by our operational schedule.
Bonuses are happily given to those who work hard & add value to our team.
Promotions & Salary Increases available, as our business grows, you will grow with us.
Sales commission available if we perform a job with a customer you brought in.
Salary is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be honest, show up on-time, & be a Team-Player. We have a small core-group of Operators that are given job-autonomy and show respect to one another.
Equipment-experience is NOT required, but appreciated. We offer on-site equipment training – as long as you are willing to put in the effort to properly learn, we can train you.
Class A license is NOT required.
Operator is responsible for performing routine maintenance checks, ensuring that equipment is functioning properly.
Operator is responsible for following safety guidelines established by the company.
Must have your own transportation to and from work.
